COVID-19
Over this COVID-19 period, GWS has waived the cancellation fee and will provide a full refund to anyone who cancels or does not attend on the training day. This is to ensure that anyone who attends is likely to be healthy.
What we ask is the following: As the workshop approaches, if you are displaying flu like symptoms please do not attend. A full refund will be provided if you cancel or do not attend. With the changing situation regarding this virus, we will need to remain flexible especially if the venue is unexpectedly shut or you get sick. Understandably, a full refund is available if this flexibility does not suit you.

Learning in the moment is difficult. This difficulty occurs because many of the opportunities for learning in counselling and therapy groups are missed as group leaders do not notice what is occurring. A key challenge in group leadership is to notice the significance of what is or what is not being said in a group.
